Design and oversee the digital experience of IHG’s family of branded responsive websites, contributing to strong brand awareness, desirability, and improved usability for guests. Work collaboratively with cross-departmental stakeholders, including brand managers, product managers, developers, and designers to ensure our experiences align with the needs of the business, users, and technology platforms.

  • Designed the user experience for the launch of two new global brand websites: avid hotels, and voco.

Designed responsive web sites, applications, and experiences for Fortune 100 companies and other multi-billion dollar clients. Created site maps, wireframes, and personas and performed usability testing. Informed digital strategy by performing competitive and comparative analyses and other design research to help shape recommendations.

  • Helped to develop an innovation program for a $1.5 billion home service provider. This was the inaugural innovation program for THINK and the materials created for it became integral to subsequent client workshops and innovation programming.

  • Worked with senior level team to perform ongoing campaign assistance, content strategy work, and UX recommendations for a $2.35 billion fashion retailer.

  • Worked with senior level team to define the digital strategy and complete conceptual app and website work for the 2nd largest general retailer in the US.

  • Served as the key UX resource on several projects, including a website redesign, a customer portal, and ongoing site updates for Orkin Pest Control.

Helped teach middle school students, aged 11-14, the fundamentals of industrial design, including the design process and critical design thinking.  Taught two lectures on the use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator in design work.

Won for Ballet Hero, a wearable garment that incorporates visual feedback inspired by animation techniques that assists students in learning the key positions behind traditional ballet movements.
